We already have those. They are called discord trannies and make up 99.9% of jannies. The reason you don't see them often here is that they typically monitor /pol/ and /gif/ jerking off to BBC threads.

I don’t want political correctness, I want a science board without pol / neonazi NPCs. The far right shouldn’t have basic rights - chief among them, freedom to speak. Their interests are vain, they are unmatched in sheer stupidity, they have catastrophic undiagnosed mental illness which is the source of their obsession with da j0000s, and they’re evil.
