Can somebody explain the birthday paradox to me WITHOUT any real math? All the answers I find online are just like "there's a lot of comparisons so it's likely", but I don't get it. If 75 people all have random birthdays, isn't those days being day 1 through day 75 just as "likely" as anything else? Isn't that what random means? What does "99% probability" even mean if the event is actually random?
