It means complement. Assumind the mind is the entire universe of the topology would have very esoterical implications, I'd like to think that the mind is somehow embeded in R3 or whatever it is that we live in so thats why Mind^c being that doesn´t seem like it's gonna be much use

Not inherit the properties of R3, just be bounded in R3 if we assume the mind is something inside of our heads. Kind of like a subspace or R3 but with more interesting properties which aren´t commonplace in other subsets of R3
