This question came into my mind

Lets say I became an astronaut and fly into space. If I remember correctly then time for me passes by faster than for people on earth.

But what would happen if I keep up a phone call the whole time with someone on earth?

If the phone call goes on for 3 years, how is it possible that more time passes on earth or less time for me?
