The tribal populations live their own lives, for them intellect is irrelevant if they haven't even reached the first step of civilization. That's not a bad thing, either.
Anyway, you don't need all of this genetic evidence to come to the obvious truth: on average, black people are intellectually inferior due to biological reasons.
