I don't get fluoride tablets, fluoride works by incorporation into the enamel, it does absolutely no good when swallowed.

Fluoride toothpaste and rinses, sure.

Fluoride tablets that get swallowed? As far as I know the evidence for that doing anything good is pretty sketchy, and I don't get why anyone would think it's a good idea in the first place.

I belive this effect is the biggest obstacle for the truth. I'm an asocial and depressed loner and even I had to struggle for a long time to accept that I have been badly fucked over. I know this because I go to the hill 2x a year to advocate for a specific group I'm in the cabinet of, and I've talked to/watched congresspeople drink from water fountains- which are hooked into the fluoridated public drinking water.
