More successful. Actually yes, and that does sting a bit because if I actually had an advisor who gave a shit I think I could have gotten more done in my phd. She is fine going into an industry job and just doing nothing.
Me I want to do my own research, but may struggle a lot in my post doc because of this shitty experience i've had in grad school.
