How in mathematics do you express a minimal, almost unnoticeable number?
If there is on a very rare occasion when a high quality post is made on /pol/, for example, while the vast majority of posts are of low quality.
Would we say that a given post has a 99.99...% chance of being low quality? Is there a better way to represent this concept using numbers? Please tell me!
