I am currently trying to find the relationship between Quality of Life and Depression based off the results of two different questionnaire scores from among a large sample size.

I have run a scatter plot in SPSS to identify the relationship between them. The only thing I would like to clarify is, due to the concentration of the plots, does this violate the assumption of homoscedasticity?
