If I have to live in real world I would choose to recognize traffic sign instead of some psychological fairytales that pronounce so much frustrating rasism, as that white man is not equal to black man.

Maybe the same test as in it tests the same abilities, but the problems proposed during the test are slightly different. I've seen people fail math exams because they practiced a certain problem with "2+2" and the exam had "3+1", this is just an example.

IQ is an adaptive response to novel environmental conditions so adapting to these changes on the fly is probably a good test

Exactly, and for high IQ individuals it's not novel but established, and therefore going trough explained environments in education is enough for high IQ and genetics doesn't matter.
