Habits are incredibly important, please don't relax and try to "enjoy" university. I promise you will likely enjoy it either way, but you will hate yourself if you squander your uni education.
Everyone who enters a good uni or does physics has at least a slight ego, that will be your downfall, don't get complacent or think you're smart, by the time you realize the contrary you will have fallen behind
Make sure you're doing some studying every single day and always make sure you've at least skimmed over a lecture material before that lecture, essentially use the lectures as just a recap for you while everyone else is learning everything for the first time. Just be proactive.
Ask questions in lectures, you're paying a shitload for it so if there's something you want to know ask then and there, make the lecture essentially a 1 on 1 tuition session if need be.
Answer questions from in the textbook even if it's not required.
Don't buy books, libgen, sci-hub, torrents are the way forward
Join a club or society, they make life enjoyable but preferably something relaxed, that doesn't eat into your personal time too much
Speak to family or home friends regularly, if nothing else, they help keep you accountable, to ensure you're actually doing what you went for at uni
Imo the biggest issue students face is self-discipline, I've seen many a straight-A school student become bottom half of their class because when away from parents or high expectations they have no discipline of their own
Do all of this at least in your first year, or first semester, just for long enough that you get used to the adjustment
