I’d like to aim MIT, Caltech or Stanford.

I fear that my B will automatically get me rejected?

I did a research project, (which is relevant I think for a PhD) where I got an A+
All the courses starting with a 6 are PhD core courses, what are your thoughts? (I accumulated work experience as well since 2018 which is relevant for the field of study)
