Systemic sexism also works the opposite way with men being accepted more often into elite scientific roles because of their race and gender, most asians and white males. We need to dismantle this inherently evil system and create a more equal system where the products of peoples labour are shared equally throughout society, and all races and genders get offered positions with equal frequency for all professions. This should be enforced via government policies, i.e with the barrel of a gun. Words are violence so we might as well use lethal force to stop the violence.
