If it has debris wouldn’t it mean it has a lower pressure system. It must have a higher pressure system? If it had lower pressure system one could imagine it’d have galaxies with refractive activity. If it has higher pressure system then whatever goes in compounds.

Things always happen at the same rate from your reference frame. There are no exceptions.

You will never ever feel time dilation because time is defined as the rate at which atoms move, and your persepective of time is a side effect of that movement.

EG If you experience a second as a result of an atom spinning a certain number of times, a second will always feel the same to you and you will always only be aware that a second has passed after the atom has spun the set amount of times, regardless of how fast the atom was spinning.
