As a young man what tests should I schedule before health coverage runs out? Testosterone? Thyroid? I just realized I have never been to the doctor or really used my insurance all this time...

I envy Americans for this. We get it 'free' here but if I went into my Doctor and asked for this shit I'd be told to fuck off.

My friend went into his Doctor in February complaining of chest pains and synus problems and was told to give the gym a break for a while. He died of a heart attack within one (1) hour of getting home.

To get hormone tests complain about erectile dysfunction. Make sure they get test, estradiol, shbg, and LH.
Should have typical blood work done too, blood cell counts, etc. Cholesterol tests are cheap without insurance. I personally check my bloods once a year out of pocket. Wanna get an ECG before I'm 30.

Got to a chiro/physical therapist ay least once and get a spine x-ray and see if you have any mobility issues.
