I have no answer to what created those that may have created us as I have no evidence to follow in any direction in that respect.
But we have an unfathomable amount of evidence which shows that our existence is predicated on a design. DNA is amazing and the more we learn the more we see how it is a flexible device that, if you can control it, can create whatever biological machine you need for whatever task you may require.
