Scientifically speaking, shouldn’t evolution have eliminated the femoids who poop so they would have to evolve to get all their nutrients from water?

Why haven’t modern day scientists invented a pill that allows women to get all their nutrients but so they don’t have to poop anything out?
Surely that would make more sense than men having to think of a woman shitting whenever they talk to her.

Think about it, no matter how cute or smart or kind a girl is, she has a butthole between her legs that she poops and farts from.
