Back when I was a young boy, in Madurai India, we would all go down to the trash beach by the Vaigai river, and play Angleball. I was always so excited to play that I would put off whatever I was doing. But I was the youngest and smallest of the boys, and they would throw quite hard, sometimes they would hit me, and it would hurt!
Once I was hit very hard in the stomach, It hurt so much It made me squat and hold my belly where I had been hurt. But even worse was that I needed to poo, I had been so excited to play that I had held it in. But the impact had reverberated through my digestive system and I could not hold it in any longer.
I pooed, I pooed right there in my pants. All the boys pointed and laughed at me. They said "you're not supposed to poo in your pants! You're supposed to poo in the street! How silly it is that you have pooed somewhere other than the street! Hahahahah!".
The story spread quickly, throughout all of Tamil Nadu. People would see me and they would know me. They would know me as the boy that did not poo in the street. They would say "what crazy place will he poo next? Maybe in some silly porcelain bowl with a system of pipes to dispose of the waste? What a crazy idea!"
