Almost all genes are common to most lifeforms and deal with the tasks of keeping cells alive. The part of dna that specialises a cell is very small. I believe that ruining some of the base genes just ruins all your body. The serious tards are just fucked in every organ and bone down to their retard cells.

I don't think that's necessarily true, considering there are genetic syndromes that occur from just a few mutations. If it were as you say, a large portion of their genome, they would likely be nonviable and would've terminated in the womb.

I didnt say 80%. There are many genes we share with bacteria that just deal with biochemistry, some error at that level would have widespread effects all over the body but maybe not lethal
