Sociopaths and amoral people lack a conscience, they have no fear, and so they're better able to play the social games that lead to success. Sociopathy? That’s debatable and hard to define/test across the current human population. Tards in this thread speaking of their opinion as if it’s fact is cringe. Also morality isn’t something you really want to bring in to this exercise either as it’s going to objectively change across cultures/ethnicities/age groups if you try and define all its aspects. Maybe altruism or empathy.

no. you may find low empathy among highly successful individuals (depending on how you measure success), but this has little bearing on sexual selection, which broadly speaking is the only pressure that ultimately matters.
