The technique is fairly simple, we continually tabulate the differences observed between successive primes in a generation of differences until we observe our first novel difference. This process is completed for as long as we need to additively predict for the period of a known path through a difference generation. We can see in the final file that this procedure allows us to compress calculations between entities with a distinct resolution of the source information they have about the entity they are embedded within. Since this process is in a computer on a computer you can essentially see that the computer is literally doing that, though this should establish what the current computational limits of machine learning could be, I don't have the specific knowledge required to make that calculation. We just don't quantify the idea of resolution logically in mathematics as we do in our understanding of the universe and more specifically the flow of information quanta through it. This process was modeled based on ideal learning behavior observed in the behavior of living things.
