Does anybody know much about the potential harmful of fluoride in the toothpaste especially here in the US, since its everywhere (tap,shower,etc)? Anyone have any alternatives that are better for your health?

yes at a young age, i say let ur kids teeth rot out and when they old enough switch to flouride toothpaste probably 10 years old

Flouride is basically unavoidable depending where you live.
You should always drink filtered water but even if you filter it out in your drinking water with reverse osmosis it will still be in your food or any other bevage.

Toothpaste is a literal scam. The only function it serves is as an abrasive to strengthen your gums. I've been using solely a naked toothbrush for years with no problems, dentist say my gums and teeth are very healthy, gum health is determined primarily by genetics anyhow. If you want rerardedly white teeth just buy a tooth scraper

This. If you rinse your mouth and don't swallow the wad, then the dose is minimal. You have more to worry about from tap water.
