is there any equation or anyway to do these transformation? and with any numbers? i just want the decimal movement. i know moving the decimal point to the left by *0.1 but what about intentional big jumps like pic

It's not clear exactly what you want to do. If you have multiple numbers after the decimal point, then do you want to move all of them to before the decimal point or just the first one?
If the latter then it works. If the former, then the last step should instead be multiply by (10 to the exponent of the number of digits after the decimal point of the original number).
