So hypothetically you will never reach 3 since you can always break it down into smaller numbers. Now how he is able to make people not touch him is that the closer you get the slower you become so you're still moving just fucking insanely slow to the point you will NEVER reach him.
>Lapse blueHe erases the infinity between two things making them come together since you cant have just an empty piece of space. So if you're standing in front of him he can make the infinite space between you and him disappear so you will be pulled towards him.
>Blue maximumAn AOE of normal blue he makes one thing the singularity and erases the point between it and the area around it making them all smash together.
>Reversal RedThe opposite of blue he creates an infinite space between two things making them repel
>Hollow purpleThis is a combo of red and blue I dont think its supposed to make sense scientifically but its an imaginary mass that deletes the space in its path like a whole mountain range or forest.
