Why do colleges have this retarded pace where you are extremely overloaded with work for 30 weeks in a year and then outside that you have no responsibilities (unless you're doing summer research or internships)? I feel like it's completely unproductive. I cannot do anything other than schoolwork throughout the semester, but once it's over and I finally have free time, I'm completely burnt out and have no desire to do anything other than just autistically sitting in my room. How do you combat this, anons?
