What are some meme Ph.D. degree courses you can make in a short time so that you can have "Ph.D." written in your passport and on your Twitter handle, so that people think "wow he has a Ph.D. he must be smart"? I've read about someone having a Ph.D. in rhetorics(how is that even allowed).

Also another question, where do I find studies or scientific papers? There's Libgen and Google Scholar, but if I search there for example for "fat and illnesses associated" or something like that, I get a lot of results. There are studies which are important and some are, well, less important. How do I find the important ones.
