I have an optional assignment to come up with any old image compression method so long as it looks vaguely like the original when decompressed. What is the most inefficient and retarded possible way to do this? Preferably something fancy.

This doesn't count as a homework problem because I have already written a lazy linear interpolation script which fits the requirements. I am wondering if anyone here has any wildly creative ideas that I could use for asserting dominance over the professor and attracting mates, however.
