And sometimes you can cheat if you add in some HIIT routines into your workout. I ate more fast food when working out and lost weight, not 1 or 2 kg, but like 9 to 10 in a month or two, while not taking precautions to my diet. This baffled me. I even asked the staff what the fuck is going on with me
I told them i ate a pizza just yesterday yet i'm losing weight and asked them if i'm losing muscle mass. One dude denied and said before your body eats up your muscles, it has to completely drain your carbohydrates and fat storage, then it attacks the muscles
Didn't check the science behind that proposition
tl;dr:
Do HIIT, Tabata Protocol. You don't need to limit yourself to only healthy foods if you do intervall exercises, you can have fast food once or twice a week too
If you want to gain mass, still add in the HIIT and eat more fast food, not solely but crank it up a bit
