How do you maximize your abillity to do intellectual work? I'm interested in both practices and methods that increase "pure intelligence", if there is a such a thing, but also practices that allow you to use what you got more effectively, like things that allow you to focus longer and more intensively.

Methods that im pretty sure work:
>being overall healthy, ie eating mostly whole foods, and doing both cardiovascular and strength exercise
>meditation
>stimulants, caffeine, modafinil, adderall
>doing moderate ammounts of intellectually challenging things each day, ie studying, reading philosophy or mathematics
>sleepmaxxing
>getting more specifically of: vit D, b12, k2, DHA, plant-antioxidant complexes, and cartenoids
>socializing regularly

stuff I think could have promise, but am unsure about:
>doing work that integrates a large amount of senses: specifically playing piano (I read that the highest ever recorded brain activity was found in a concert pianist), since it is both visual, tactile, autditory, and also involves symbolic manipulation and higher-order cognition
>microdosing psychedelics
>using drugs that increase neuroplasticity, specifically, valproic acid, to do stuff like artificially inducing synesthesia (some reports show synesthetes to have better memories for certain objects)
>dopamine hacking. for example controlled release morphine (or just using sugar), when engaging in positive behaviors
>nootropics? lions mane (extract), cerebrolysin
>other health memes i've mostly read on /fit/ probably retarded: cold showers, fasting, nofap etc
