Psychologically speaking, why do almost all serial killers have mother issues?

Serial killers are hoaxes made up by the government to scare you into compliance, the same way a parent uses the boogeyman to get their kids to behave. That's why all major serial killers stopped after about 1995 - they stopped being scary.

There is also a genetic component to it that no one is talking about. An already psychopathic mother will have trouble getting along with their kid. The child, for genetic reasons, will inherit this psychopathy.
