Lots of dealing with nurses, PAs, patients, insurance companies, administrators who are terrible people and want to make your life a living hell. Bureaucratic bullshit to deal with all the time. Have to deal with seeing death of people you had a real relationship with all the time. So many fucking deaths and tragedies. You see how shitty this planet really is.
Only go into it if despite all that you'll still like practicing medicine. Shadow a doc and see how that goes. Ask them about if they would still go into medicine nowadays. Many of them will say no.
There's a reason so many residents and docs commit suicide.
