A strange, "buzzing" feel in my head, like my brain is tingling. It isnt entirely unpleasant, but it is a bit concerning.
Very noticeable decrease in short-term memory. I find myself forgetting things as I am thinking them, almost immediately, entire thoughts just vanish from mind. This is the most concerning, because I never experienced any problems with memory prior to this.
