How would I calculate how rare a $100 bill with only three different types of numbers on it actually is? There are eight integer places, and each place can hold ten different values, but I'm trying to figure out how rare a note that only has three of those ten different values for every integer (decimal?) place. On a side note, should I use the term integer place or decimal place?
