Lavender oil works very well.
Magnesium isn't anti-anxiety on it's own but has shown to increase the effects of other anti-anxiety supplements.
Cut any refined sugar out and no reduce refined carbs as they'll reduce GABA production in the gut.
Combine the above with a 1-2 hour walk every 2nd day and you'll be relativity anxiety free.
Also I'm curious as to your ancestry OP, as certain populations lived almost exclusivity on fish and when they go without fish it really messes them up.
