Also nepotism and antisemitism are a feedback loop. The more people hate jews, the more Jews stick together and stop trusting outsiders, which makes people hate them more.

And if someone is being lynched village after village you can be practically sure of his guilt.

Before you go, any justice system is probabilistic. It's impossible to prove for absolute certainty the guilt or innocence of someone.

If enough people think like that, then it ceases to be true. All it takes is one accusation then everyone else presumes guilt based on each others presumptions. It’s the same mechanism for amplifying rumors and making them seem like they have more evidence than they do.
