Why is copper almost never shown on Nutrition Facts labels?

There are some food that naturally has copper in it like spinach and sunflower seeds, but they are not labeled as such on the nutrition fact label. Milk also has a small amount of copper - and it's absent on the label. So what gives? Why is copper not commonly listed on nutrition facts labels.
I think it should be more common its a pretty important element in your body and there are very few foods that seem to have adequate amounts and its all food that people dont ingest commonly i.e. animal livers and oysters.
