then again, you could argue that this doesn't resolve the issue because the construction of the curve is such that even when using L2 the result is 4. in the later case the observation is made that a finite area/volume can be enclosed by a line/surface of arbitrary size. in this case, a fractal-like curve is being constructed that has length 4 in L2 and never approaches 2pi in the limit. it's because your curve is fucky
