you can replace it with:
-sleep. Don't fuck with me with you "boo-hoo I study so hard" horseshit, you spend 95% of your sleepless nights on 4chan and other stupid shit. Just go to sleep. It gives you more energy/boost to IQ (legitimately, if you don't get enough sleep your IQ/development is stunted).
-workout. Physical fitness increases intelligence/energy.
-tolerance break, 1-2 weeks (aka no caffeine for 1 week min, 2 weeks ideally)
-strict, 1-2 cups of coffee a day, no more
There's a lower bound where coffee is a sweet spot, depending on your sensitivity. It will more or less give the same response every time, as long as you are below a threshold.
