>>12515792Seperation is just the projection of your bodily consciousness somewhere else. Easier if you practice hatha yoga, which gives you a strong sense of your bodily consciousness. Yet easier, if you only project your mental consciousness, as that requires less movement of energy, and you are already very in tune with your mental consciousness. What is left is to create enough energy to do it. I'll leave that to you, but I use love. That strong feeling of pleasure from my heart, which can form waves of emotion which I project and ride with my minds eye into the universe to look at stuff.
You don't actually need to seperate your consciousness from your body to perceive extrasensory visions. You just need to decouple yourself from physicality a bit. Loosen up, and relax, and allow the energy to flow without physical motion, you can create a mental copy of yourself doing actions, and direct it like a puppet into the world.
Its actually easy. Just imagine a wave extending from your forehead, and touching what you look at. Then close your eyes, and imagine that feeling conveying what you saw to your brain, and recreating the image you looked at in your minds eye. You do this naturally, you just never practiced doing it intentionally.
The difference between what you term mundane consciousness, and esp, is just the degree of intensity of your focus, and the clarity you can eek from the void. Low level, infrared, subconscious, light, is easy to make, becoming conscious of it is more difficult.
Just practice until you can notice when your mind does something etherically, aka with electromagnetic waves, and learn how to shape those waves with brain activity, or muscle activity, and project them to objects until you biohack your neuroplasticity into turning magnetic radar on.
TLDR, your aura is a psychic television screen, you don't need to leave your body to project your consciousness to distant places, makes consciously directed dreaming extremely easy.
