What is my level and how to upgrade it?
I want to learn math again, I completed my gcse and that's all.
I know Quadriatic equation and elementary school tier stuff. ( Please don't make fun of me)
I don't know anything about
linear algebra
topology
How can i extend my knowledge? I don't know where to start.

I'm sorry OP, mathematical ability is a largely inherent trait. If the quadratic equation is all you've reached at this point, you might as well find another hobby. I'd recommend sticking to something more fitting to your intellectual ability, such as eating glue

idk first year undergrad is mostly calc revision
then it's linear algebra
then it's probability, real analysis
then it's split into applied vs pure
applied would be like PDEs and it's application - fluid dynamics for example
pure would be like group theory, topology, combinatorics and stuff

i'm missing some stuff. stats somewhere there i guess.

I know some things about the brain and about the frontal cortex and in fact our brain is still pretty flexible and can learn many skills and knowledge.
What matters is how much we practice it.
Believe it or not.
I have neglected maths because of my studies doesn't needed it to use it as much as a mathematics major.

Which of einsteins equations? For velocity transformations and most of basic special relativity you don't need a very high level of math, just some basic understanding of calc and a good book to study from. I recommend you start with precalculus, like complex numbers and limits, then move on to basic calc, differentiation and integration, techniques of integration and so on. After that you could focus on linear algebra, and then come back to more complicated calculus and vector calculus. By then you'll probably know what to cover next.

You need tensors I believe. Which is like ~3rd undergrad maybe. Not insane level but not entry level.
Basic special rel is very easy physics. Like high school. You could learn it tomorrow.
I dunno these things have layers. Understand means something different to a phd vs general population.

start doing math on khan academy, the algorithm will automatically determine your level after a while and suggest what you need to do.

you can also look up math department at your local uni and see if they have a diagnostic test. it will have an answer key so you can assess your level easily that way

I've met a 21 year old who used to have the same mathematical ability as you. He worked hard to get better at math. He started with aops pre-algebra books and is now working through lang's basic mathematics
