Hey /sci/bros,

I wanted to ask if "tard strength" is real. What exactly is "tard strength"? Is it just insensitivity to pain and or a burst of energy, or are the intellectually disabled legit stronger as a biological cope?

I worked in the tard prisons. It was a nightmare. The subsequent outbursts from a singular incident created a massive chain reaction in each tard within the vicinity. Heads being decapitated from shoulders, as though demons were standing before the staff, cleaving whole bodies with nothing but their limbs. Just speculating, I research mental health a lot but not in the context of tards

That said, I knew a reasonably functional tard who liked shaking hands a little too much I'd occasionally oblige, his grip strength even when calm was fucking unreal. Rampages aside I'd chalk this up to an inability to consider that the grip strength would hurt the other person and said strength increasing from over-using grip-related muscles in daily activities. Probably some dysregulation with pain sensitivity also

Also this can be extrapolated to people having superhuman strength (again from adrenaline etc.) in life or death situations such as saving a child pinned under some shit. Using our strength to full capacity whenever we wanted would destroy our bodies, again the system that limits us is likely dysregulated.

Your body intentionally limits muscle fiber contributions when contracting a muscle to preserve energy, so you will only use 10% of your bicep muscle belly to pick up a pencil which is all you need. Alot of tards have fucked up nervous systems (which activate the muscle fibers) so they are clsoe to 100% all the time

Addendum, It is impossible to use 100%, a trained male athlete can probs use like 96-98% during a squat, meanwhile a trained female athlete can probs only use 80-90% at a time. Also there are individual differences in neuromuscluar efficiency :)

addendum pt.2 When you are high or drunk, your nevous system is also fucked like a tard, so when you are trying to arrest a 1.93M tall buff black dude who is high on two drugs, it could be a good idea to restrain him with a knee to the neck.
