I was smoking meth all throughout university and I received a 3.89 GPA in Mathematics. I quit meth and math isn’t easy as fuck or interesting. Meth made me study math like a mad man.

If used in low doses amphetamine can definitely enhance cognition. Most people don't smoke meth that way, but if you have self-control I imagine it absolutely could be used to improve learning ability and increase grades
