None my damn doctors or the specialists I have seen can't seem to figure out what's wrong with me. Muscles through my entire body won't stop twitching and its annoying but not painful; the muscles stop twitching when I move them intentionally. I also have joint pain but no inflammation.

I have been checked for cancers, and deficiencies, hormone issues though lots of blood work and cat scans.They couldn't seem to find an issue other than low vitamin D levels, which I have fixed. They also ruled out ALS.

Any ideas?
