Most of the people I've seen with multpile masters degrees either got them from an online diploma mill, or they have them because they did a masters in one program, and then did another degree like a PhD, JD, or MD that included a masters.
Having two masters degrees might be impressive to your colleagues if you work in marketing or hr or some sort of professional-managerial beureaucratic environment where most of the people have bachelors degrees in shit like communications or business management, but in highly competitive fields like STEM, consulting, banking, law, etc., having multplie degrees is not neceessarily useful or impressive.
