I just finished this a few days ago.
It was pretty straightforward and I don't think there were much physics involved at all anon.
I struggle to comprehend Tenet on the other hand, but that's probably also because it hardly makes sense anyway.

Play the VNs the show leaves a lot of things unexplained or they go through them really superficially. Plus 0 is completely different, the anime is shit, the VN is prpbably even better than the original desu.
