It literally means that if the test comes back positive, it doesn't mean that the person isn't also infected with some other pathogen simultaneously. BUT THAT DOESN'T IMPLY THAT IT'S A FALSE POSITIVE YOU FUCKING MINGOLOID.
It also says that if the test comes back negative, the person still may be infected. That's also obvious, because it can take one or two days for the virus to be prevalent enough to be picked up by the test.
