Does a hair follicle drug test detect spread out single use of marijuana?

There's a high probability I'll be taking a hair follicle test in the next few months. I've never been a regular smoker, but I smoked weed a few time during the past several months.

I tried to keep at least a few weeks between everytime I smoked so it would be kind of spread out. However one time I only waited a week. Right now I haven't smoked in about a month.

If I were to take a hair follicle test, would it show up positive for weed?
