i can't promise anything but i don't know what the contents of the vaccine actually are as i haven't studied it myself. what i can tell you is that if there is reverse transcriptase with mrna then the mrna complement sequence will be transcribed into dna. they say this is not present in the vaccines but no real confirmation.

Also, within a year there'll likely be one or a combo of preventions that'll grant immunity for at least a year. Flu shots are supposed to be taken once per year, so it may just be that people will soon end up getting a combo flu + SARS shot once per year, or maybe two separate ones. If it gets the world up and running again, sounds fine to me
