Allergies

We know that people with allergies are increasing every year.

But the question I have is, is allergy and race correlated? Same with nationalities as well. It doesn't seem like this subject is studied too in-depth.

From my personal experience, the white people I've met seems to have more allergies than the Asians I've met. The only exception to this is in Japan, where a large number of people are allergic to pollen, but less so with food allergies.

Pic related is the only study I've seen on allergies between races. But it doesn't contain samples from Asian-Americans.

I also think Americans are more likely to be allergic than Europeans. But again, I don't have any source for this other than reading from experiences from people on a board with flags.

Can experienced and knowledgeable people on /sci/ weigh in on how allergies might pertain to nationality and race?
