There are no particles 'inside' that could escape, there are no particles, only the singularity.
The closest equivalent to particles 'leaving' a blackhole is described as Hawking Radiation, where the mass of the singularity can decrease as a virtual particle pair on the event horizon has one of it constituent parts absorbed by the blackmore. If the lost part is antimatter the 'ejected' part is regular matter that has the mass equivalent of the mass lost by the singularity.
If the lost matter is regular, the ejected particle is soon annihilated by interacting with regular matter and the singularity gains mass.
Nothing has physically escaped the singularity, only an energy exchange based on the matter/antimatter mass energy of the particls involved.
